This EP was released 6 month after Dance 'Til Your Baby is a Man in 2000. Sean Na Na, Lucky Jeremy, and Ben Webster had been touring non-stop, and decided to follow up the debut album immediately with a new batch of songs. "Tumor Party" was a track Tillmann wrote with Howard Hamilton III after they started experimenting with beats together while making early Har Mar Superstar tracks.
